Subscribers to Qualcomm's FLO TV service have a great (white) fortnight in store, thanks to a new channel devoted to sharks.
Discovery Communications has launched the channel, called Shark Week, although confusingly it'll be available on the FLO network for two weeks rather than one.
It's actually based on an annual event on the Discovery cable channel which has been going for 22 years.
FLO viewers will get four full-length shows from this year's Shark Week, as well as programmes from Discovery's archives.
"The Shark Week mobile channel on the FLO TV service is part of our ongoing strategy to provide consumers with the ability to satisfy their curiosity and engage with Discovery's award-winning content on any platform," says Rebecca Glashow, senior VP of digital media distribution at Discovery Communications.
Shows featured include Day Of The Shark 2, Shark After Dark, Sharkbite Summer, Shark Attack: A Boy's Fight to Survive, and Sharks: A Family Affair.
