UK firm opens office in Cape Town to bring SMS and WAP billing to the South African market.
The move takes Dialogue Communications into one of the world's most advanced mobile content markets, and complements a growing presence in markets all over the world. Dialogue is an accredited payment intermediary for Payforit in the UK; and recently launched WAP billing solutions in Norway, Sweden and Australia.
