OpenMarket and mBlox throw their weight behind new testing initiative.
DeviceAnywhere has launched a self-certification solution for mobile content developers and publishers targeting the various app store in the market.
Proof Center is built on top of the company's mobile testing platform and will enable developers or authorised agents to self-test their content submissions against the requirements of operators, operating systems or handset manufacturers in the DeviceAnywhere database.
All test results, including handset screenshots or video, are automatically compiled into saved proofs, organised by application and handset, and are viewable through the Proof Center or available in file form for submission.
DeviceAnywhere is in the process of making the solution available through a number of partners, with transaction providers OpenMarket and mBlox among the first to sign up.
