Deal will extend potential reach of Mobage gaming platform by 120m.
The tie-up will give the 120m members of Kaixin access to Mobage direct from the social network’s mobile app, form where they can play the games and share details with friends in their network.
'Share on Kaixin001' and 'Back to Kaixin001' buttons have been added to the Mobage China app.
Meanwhile, Android owning users of Kaixin can access DeNA’s Mobage app for an even more direct and immersive experience.
Japan-based DeNA is currently engaged in an arms race with the other giants of the fast growing social gaming space – Gree, Papaya and a few others – and China is clearly regarded as a key battleground.
It launched Mobage in China in July, for iOS and Android users but also collaborated with China's Alibaba to connect Mobage with players using the local Aliyun OS.
