French music service launches Deezer HD on the App Store, but in an early version.
Streaming music service Deezer has an iPad app, Deezer HD, which went live on the App Store yesterday.
The free app is listed as version 0.3, so it is unclear if it was launched accidentally on the store, or is being made available quietly as a beta version.
The app currently lets users access 30 streaming web radio stations, and buy songs from Apple's iTunes Store.
Existing Deezer subscribers in France, will also be able to stream more than 6.5 million tracks on demand, too, while also playing music stored locally on their iPads.
If the release is intended, Deezer has beaten its European rival Spotify onto iPad, although in the US, Pandora Radio was early onto Apple's tablet.
