Vodafone reported group data revenue up 45 per cent to £1 billion on an organic basis, supported by a 3G device that now stands at over 21 million.

Overall group revenue increased nine per cent to £17 billion, with the bulk of growth has coming from emerging markets. Egypt grew fastest at 33.1 per cent, Romania leapt 24 per cent, and South Africa 19.6 per cent.
