Tom Cohen announced as UK winner of the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards.
The CTO of the London-based app developer will now go on to compete in the global finals. Cohen co-founded Yuza while completing his degree in Network Computing at Brunel University.
The firm has created over 20 iPhone apps with brands such as EMI, Future Publishing, Paul van Dyk and Which?.
"It's been an exciting first 12 months for Yuza Mobile. We're quickly become the top destination for application and service development for many of the UKs leading brands.
"We are leading the way with exciting new technology such as 'Augmented Reality' and location-based-services," he said.
Cohen will be in Kansas today (November 18th) to compete for the world title.
