Back to Louisiana for the first time since 2005.
The show will take place May 8 - 10 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Interesting, as the event is normally in March, so the CTIA show is clearly trying to put some distance between its spring event and Mobile World Congress (in late Feb next year).
Actually this will be the seventh CTIA expo in New Orleans, which is more than any other city.
In recent years the event has shuffled between SanFran, San Diego and Las Vegas. Although the forthcoming one is in Orlando.
CTIA expects 40,000 attendees at this year’s spring event from March 22-24 in Orlando, which would put it back to its 2008 levels, after two years of slump.
