Mobile social messaging platform Bluepulse now delivers more than 150 million messages per month.
Bluepulse now claims users in more than 190 countries around the globe. Today it unveiled a host of new features and functionality, including easy friend importing from popular Web mail services, daily summary notifications of Bluepulse activity and a set of new emoticons.Bluepulse’s USP is the fact that it’s a closed social network that enables users to share and communicate with small groups of designated friends rather than anyone who wants to ‘drop in’.
The firm also announced that Christopher Nguyen has joined as CTO and vice president of engineering. He recently he served as the engineering director at Google, responsible for operations of Google's Apps in both consumer and enterprise segments.
