There are just under three weeks left till the mobile content business heads to Cannes for the 41st Midem world music market.
The event’s mobile focus comes on Sunday January 22nd, the second day of the MidemNet Forum conference weekend. The day-long programme will be opened by Miles Flint, president of Sony Ericsson. He will be joined in a packed schedule by speakers from eMusic, Jamster, SK Telecom, SDC, EMI and others. There will even be an appearance by Will.i.am of the hip hop band Black Eye Peas.At the conclusion of MidemNet mobile, attendees are invited to a networking drinks event hosted by the Mobile Entertainment Forum and the CTIA, and sponsored by Motorola and Groove Mobile.
