Travel software firm pays $82m for mobile travel management firm.
Concur's 'expense management solutions' are used by more than 15m people so it makes a logical fit with California-based Triplit, which specialises in helping people organise their travel.
It does this by inviting users to send an emails to plans@tripit.com to instantly create a master itinerary they can access on the web or phone.
