Internet and email most popular planned activities.
comScore has published the results of a survey asking US internet users how they would use Apple's iPad if they owned one.
50% said they'd be likely to use the internet on the device, while 48% said they'd be likely to use email. Surprisingly, 21% of respondents said they'd be UNLIKELY to use each of these features.
That's all respondents - even those not considering buying an iPad - if you're wondering at the low percentages for likely usage of two of the device's key features.
38% said they'd use iPad to listen to music, 37% said they'd read books, and just 26% said they'd download apps from the iTunes App Store - compared to 36% who said they'd be unlikely to do so.
The data would be more useful if it focused on likely iPad buyers, in all honesty.
