Video startup Clippz has launched a service letting people sideload Barack Obama videos to their mobiles.
Its White House channel offers a range of videos adapted from the official White House channel on YouTube.
As TechCrunch reports, they've been converted to play on hundreds of devices, including mobiles, smartphones and portable media players.
The service is entirely free to consumers. Clippz makes a virtue of the fact that the videos are downloaded to their computers and then sideloaded onto their handsets, rather than streamed or downloaded over their mobile networks.
Presumably the Barack Obama channel is designed to attract usage and enable Clippz to make money in other ways in the future.
