Nokia and BlackBerry make the top 20 too according to the latest rankings.
Mobile companies feature prominently in the BrandZ Top 100 Most Powerful Brands 2009 list, which is topped by Google.
China Mobile is placed seventh in the global rankings with a brand value of $61.2 million last year, with Vodafone ninth at $53.7 million.
Nokia is 13th with a brand value of $35.2 million and BlackBerry 16th at $27.5 million.
Other mobile companies in the list include AT&T (28th), Verizon (34th), DoCoMo (39th), Orange (53rd). Movistar (62nd), T-Mobile (63rd), O2 (77th) and TIM (99th).
