Philip Pullman, Barack Obama and Yann Martel among the authors present
Indie British publisher Canaongate has made its titles available from the iBookstore.
The initial line-up includes The Good Man Jesus and the Scoundrel Christ by Philip Pullman, Dreams From My Father by Barack Obama and Beatrice and Virgil by Yann Martel.
Dan Franklin, digital editor at Canongate Books, said: “We are very excited to be making our books available through the iBookstore for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. This move is significant and is a key part of our efforts to get our ebooks to as wide an audience as possible”.
