Joins existing iPhone and BlackBerry versions.
Location-based mobile app Buzzd now has an Android version, launching just in time for Christmas to join the existing iPhone and Blackberry apps.
The app helps people find what bars, restaurants and clubs are currently popular in their locality, based on activity from other users of the app, as well as data from other sources.
Like its counterparts on other mobiles, the Android version of Buzzd lets users view profiles, invite friends, and rate venues.
Meanwhile, all three versions now include Facebook and Twitter connectivity, allowing users to update their statuses from within Buzzd.
Buzzd claims half a million users in the US and Canada, although it has yet to cross the pond to Europe.
