Research find 'unwired' phone users still aspire to computer ownership.
The study surveyed 5,000 people, and found that 51 per cent of mobile internet users do not have daily access to fixed line internet and 23 per cent do not use the fixed internet at all.
Yet 21 per cent of them plan to buy a computer accessory in the next twelve months and 36 per cent have already tried out tablets.
BuzzCity stresses that gaming is a little different, with mobile wiping out dedicated hardware.
It says demand for games consoles is now at 7.94 per cent among mobile gamers.

Dr KF Lai, CEO of BuzzCity, said: “Mobile browsing has been viewed as a threat to PCs, but our research shows that this is drastically oversimplifying things. Many people use the internet on a range of devices, both mobile and otherwise.”
Some key findings of the report include:
* There is real trust from consumers around using phones for financial services such as bill payments, money transfers – with 46 per cent of those saying they would use their phones for this.
* Handsets: Although Nokia still dominates for mobile browsing with 42 per cent of internet traffic, Samsung has grown in the last year and outpaced Sony Ericsson.
