Buongiorno’s platform acts as a single hub for billing, service/scheme handling, content fetching, delivery, reporting and reconciliation.
It lets the operator to manage all this from one centralised hub. As a result users can subscriber to SMS services, ringbacks, IVR services and more.
The seven year deal will see IBM integrate it into its 'Service Delivery Platform' for one of the leading operators in India.
