Second round for voice blogging specialist with lots of fans in Asia Pac and India.
The US company technology lets users record and send one-to-many voice messages called 'Bubblys'.
It's a bit like Twitter but with audio, and it's become very popular among celebrities in emerging markets.It has around 7m users in India, Japan and Indonesia.
Bubble Motion teams up with operators to make the service easy to use. Once the network is on board, users can dial *7* to send a Bubbly or access their existing messages from celebrities, community members, friends and family.
It's one of the more high profile participants in a 'voice as content/user interface' space that also includes Vlingo, Kirusa and Apple-owned Siri.

The firm initially raised $6 million in early 2009 from Palomar Ventures.
