News aggregation and recommendation app aims to personalise the headlines.
UK startup Broadersheet has released its iPhone application, which aggregates news from hundreds of websites and serves up a personalised daily feed for each user.
We wrote about the company last month, when it unveiled the application at the UK Diving With Dolphins conference in Cambridge.
It's aiming to compete with RSS reader apps by learning which news sources a user trusts, then recommending similar sources that they may enjoy, while blocking sources and topics that they don't like.
The app is now live on the App Store, costing £2.39. Sources include the BBC, New York Times, The Economist, TechCrunch, Sky News and CNN, among others.
Broadersheet says it's already working on improvements, including offline reading, and the ability to share stories on Twitter, Facebook, Delicious and Instapaper.
