CEO Keith Lee sees the future of social location spanning mobile and online.
Smart app developers are looking to hit a sweet spot that encompasses both mobile and online social networking platforms, says Keith Lee, CEO of Booyah.
"We believe in the convergence of the most popular platforms out there, which right now are iPhone and Facebook," he says, in an interview with ME.
"Those two are going to converge over time, not just in terms of their user base, but the software and APIs and hardware too."
Booyah currently has two main products: social location iPhone game MyTown, which has just passed 3.1 million users, and Facebook game Nightclub City, which has six million monthly active users.
"It's important to have a really strong foothold on social web and mobile, and create experiences that span them," says Lee.
