Korean vendor KC Mobile becomes third partner to preload Bolt.
KC isn't well known in the west, but its devices are distributed across China, Europe, Russia, South America, and Asia.
The BOLT mobile browser was debuted at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February 2009, and now claims over 3.4 million accounts created.
