German content specialist snaps up Dutch counterpart in a deal worth $71 million.
Pockgamer.biz reported the terms of the purchase, stating that it split into $25 million in cash and 1.9 million in new shares in Bob Mobile worth around $46 million.
Bob Mobile comprises games developer Just A Game and German mobile content specialist Guerilla Mobile. It launched Just A Game in 2010 and has published games including War2Glory and Impulse War in Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Turkish language versions
The firm was projecting games unit revenues of up to 12m euros in 2011.
CLIQ may not be well-known as it's actually the umbrella brand formed out of the 2010 merger between Triscreen Media Group and Blinck International.
Pocketgamer reckons the combined entity will have fiscal 2012 sales of over €95 million ($120 million), with pre-tax profits €18 million ($23 million).

This will arise from a customer base of 2.5 million active subscriptions, 2.5 million registered online players and four million other customers in 40 countries.
Remco Westermann, chairman of Bob Mobile, said: "I am confident that together we will be able to play a significant role in the games market - in both the mobile phone and the online sectors."
Bob Mobile has also signed a licensing and distribution deal with Polish developer Vivid Games for its Ski Jumping 12 iOS game.
