Ad-funded MVNO shuffles its pack, with incumbent UK chief resigning for 'personal reasons'.
Blyk has confirmed that Antti Öhrling, the company's co-founder and current executive director, will take over UK operations as Shaun Gregory, its current UK CEO, resigns for personal reasons.Öhrling co-founded Blyk in 2006 with former Nokia president, Pekka Ala-Pietilä, with the latter now leading the company's international expansion as CEO.
In November Blyk raised raised €40 million to "support its ongoing operations and international expansion".
Finnish-owned Blyk first launched services in the UK back in September 2007 and claims to have 200,000 customers.
