Closing date for offers on former ROK subsidiary is 5pm Monday February 1st.
Blubox offered compression software for the management of digital imagery and data files. It was bought by ROK in 2007.
The stricken firm appointed Jeffrey Brenner as administrator on January 22nd, with insolvency agent Cuthbert & Kingsley brought in to dispose of its assets and business
The largest creditors are apparently former directors Peter Boswell and Tim Capps. It's believed offers have already been made for the business, though interested parties can made bids till the end of Monday.
This is another blow for ROK after the closure of Player One (just weeks after it acquired the games specialist) and its defeat in court in the case bought by law firm Field Fisher Waterhouse.
