New features boost Google rival on the App Store.
Microsoft has launched an updated version of its Bing search app for iPhone, which it says has been downloaded by more than one million users so far.
The new features include stability fixes and design tweaks, but also more significant changes.
Users can now bookmark maps, directions, websites, businesses, search terms and local weather reports, accessing these bookmarks from the Bing homepage.
The app now supports copying and pasting URLs, sharing search results via email, and parental controls on the app's search settings.
"This is a benefit for parents who want to make sure the kids are only going to safe sites on their devices," blogs Florian Voss from the Bing for Mobile team.

(Er.. can't the kids just use the Google search engine on Safari to find any unsafe sites they want?)
The new Bing app also lets users edit their search history, set their specific location, and it now works on first-generation iPod touuch devices too.
