With more than 100,000 to choose from, finding the best iPhone apps is increasingly tough for consumers. However, the second annual Best App Ever Awards may help.
Following a month-long nomination process, the organisers have released the list of final nominees in a whopping 56 categories, taking in everything from games to productivity to entertainment.
There's also an overall Best App Ever category, drawing from all of them. The ten nominees for that are:

Voting is now open on the Best App Ever website, and will close at the end of January, with winners to be announced in February at the Macworld Expo in San Francisco.
