'My Club' feature is the latest addition to the Beeb's mobile site.
It allows users to add the top three headlines for their team - plus links to the latest live text commentary, results, tables and fixtures - to the BBC homepage.
The My Club section can then be placed anywhere on the homepage (e.g. top, middle or bottom), in line with functionality added by the BBC back in April.
In a blog post, BBC Executive Producer Ulyssa MacMillan says the Corporation is currently thinking about enhancing mobile football coverage during the season.
This will take into account the different kinds of information users want in the build up to a game, during the action and following the end of a match.
