Six partners already announced.
Photo-editing SDK Aviary bagged Twitter as a user of its services recently, with the mini-blog integrating Instagram-like filter features to its Android and iPhone apps.
A few months later and Aviary has expanded its tools, which are also available for HTML5 and Windows Phone 7, to Windows 8 in a bid to build on its more than 3,500 existing partners.
The launch will enable developers to embed the image solutions into apps for Win 8 tablets and PCs, and the company assures significant performance improvements have been made.
The new SDK debuts with six partners in tow, including: Rowi, Memorylage, Volevi, MyFrames, Photo Annotater, and Selektiv.
