Removable battery plugs straight into the wall.
These days, owning a mobile phone uses a lot of juice, what with calls, text messages, instant messages, emails, videos, music and apps bouncing around the device.
Now, Francois Rybarczyk of Yanko Design has created a charging solution to end the smartphone owner's power woes when they leave their charger behind.
The 'Autonome' concept is made of a magnesium frame that connects to the back of the smartphone. It stores a removable battery module containing a built-in plug that unfolds, thus allowing the user to plug it straight into the wall.
The removable module also means users can continue using the phone via its standard battery as the extra power source continues to charge.
While Rybarczyk's power plans are just an idea, it seems he's hoping to receive some love from HTC, having used one of its phones for his designs.
