AR firm celebrates 1st birthday; parties with 6,000 partners.
Aurasma is one of the more visible firms in the AR space, and claims it has worked with over 6,000 firms in its first year including Universal Pictures UK, Budweiser and Bandai. It expects to pass the 10,000 milestone by 2013.
The tech runs as an app on iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, animating static content on device screens, racking up more than four million downloads across over 100 countries.
