Big breakthrough for messy Android paid apps space.
The change was announced on the Android Developers Blog, and means that any app purchases on AT&T can be charged to the customer's bill.
Other benefits include a 15-minute refund window, dynamic wallpaper and widget categories, a new 50MB maximum app size, and more categories to make it easier to find apps.
Carrier billing is also available on T-Mobile USA, and Google is working to extend it to more operators.
