Sale of enterprise unit frees up Aspiro to focus on music service WiMP and TV streaming.
The deal covers the Nordic and Baltic countries, and is part of a process to reposition Aspiro as a music, search and TV specialist.
It follows the sale last year of the firm's mobile entertainment unit (selling ringtones etc).
The centrepiece of Aspiro's slimmed down business is now the TV and music service WiMP, which has gone from 100,000 to 300,000 paying users this year. Revenues were up 175 per cent in 1H year on year.
Gunnar Sellæg, CEO of Aspiro, said: "Mobile business services has great potential and we are sure that LINK Mobility is better positioned to lead the development of that market, where there are several mid-sized players and need for consolidation.
"This deal will free up more resources for our focus areas of music and TV, where we have high aspirations."
