Electric Pig reports that French PMP specialist Archos is lining up an Android-powered 'Phone Tablet'.
The article says the company confirmed the existence of the device at its Archos 5 Internet Tablet unveiling, but stopped short of revealing a release date.
In terms of spec, the Phone Tablet will sport a 4.3 inch touchscreen. HSDPA cellular connectivity and a 1GHz ARM processor.
