What's new on the app stores on Monday 6 September 2010.

Angry Birds has been a huge hit on iPhone and iPad, but developer Rovio hopes its new 'Lite Beta' version will take flight on Android too.

National Geographic has launched a pair of iPad apps for its magazine brands, powered by Zinio's e-mag platform.

Flash for iPhone? Eh? Despite the trademark, Flash™ has nothing to do with Adobe. Instead, it's a cheekily-named camera app, allowed through Apple's approval process.

Football League - Official Clubs' App is an official iPhone app for the second tier of English football, with news, live scores, and a premium service offering video highlights. Every Football League club bar seven is included.

Scott Pilgrim e-comics have made their debut on Android, following earlier apps for iPhone. Five are available, each with plentiful Easter Eggs.

Jeopardy! Platinum is an iPhone game from Sony Pictures Television, based on the US TV series of the same name.
