Focusing entirely on iAds from 30 September.
Apple-owned mobile advertising network Quattro Wireless is getting the chop, in order to focus entirely on its new iAd format.
Apple's VP of iAd Andy Miller, the former Quattro CEO, announced the news in a memo sent to Quattro partners.
"We believe iAd is the best mobile ad network in the world, and starting next month we're going to focus all of our resources on the iAd advertising platform," writes Miller.
"We are no longer accepting new campaigns for the Quattro Wireless Network, and we will soon begin winding down existing campaigns. As of September 30, we will support ads exclusively for the iAd Network."
Launch iAd partners Nissan and Unilever said last week that they were impressed with the initial stats on how their iAds had performed.
