The App Store approvals team slapped a 17+ rating on the $2 Ninjawords pocket dictionary, after discovering that it was full of shocking expletives like fuck (noun, verb, possibly from old German 'focken' meaning 'to strike').
According to mobilecrunch, after being rejected a first time, the programmers removed most of the bad words including ass, snatch, pussy, cock, and screw. Finally, they got into the app store but on double-secret probation with a 17+ rating and warnings of potential objectionable content.
