Three entries for iPhone maker, ahead of rival BlackBerry
Apple has dominated a list of the world’s coolest brands, despite not coming top over all.
The electronics giant had a total of three entries in the CoolBrands 2010/11 survey, which canvasses experts and consumers on what they think are the most desirable firms or products.
The iPhone came second (after car maker Aston Martin), the iPod at number three and Apple itself at number 13.
Other tech brands in the top 20 include BlackBerry (4th on the list), Danish home entertainment specialist Bang & Olufsen (5th), Nintendo Wii (7th) and Google (8th).
