App Of The Day: SecureSafe

Multi-purpose storage app now supports device camera for added privacy against peeping Toms.

Internet security services firm DSwiss developed the storage app for iPhone and iPad. It allows users to save different file types in SecureSafe but additionally it features a new function called SecureCapture.

SecureCapture allows users to take photos within the SecureSafe, which means it will be excluded from the photo gallery and stored under password protection away from unwelcome eyes.

For example instead of scanning documents, users can snap a shot of bills, travel plans, passports and more, which can be accessed online or through the app at anytime.

Christian Schwarzer, CEO of DSwiss, said: "We continue to develop new tools and features for our customers that combine a high level of security and convenience as well as offering them something that they cannot find elsewhere.  The SecureCapture is just one of many features and improvements that we have planned over the coming months."
