App sources reports from over 100m reporters to help avoid rush hour madness.
Traffic info and driver services network INRIX has launched the INRIX Traffic app for iOS to make drivers' journeys free of stress.
The app sources data from its reporter base of over 100 million to ensure app users can fine the fastest route home, avoid traffic caused by events, accidents and rush hour.
It also provides recommended departure and travel times, as well as personalised alerts that are tailored to the specific route the user is taking.
Kevin Foreman, VP of consumer apps, INRIX, said: "We’re putting 100 million traffic reporters into the palm of your hand. Our latest release helps drivers never be late again."
