Free daily mag for iPad gets a European launch.
AOL says this is 'beautiful reading experience customised for each individual user'. It's the first tablet product from the US digital giant.
This is basically AOL doing a Flipboard. Editions uses algorithms to learn what a user does and doesn't like to create this personal experience.
Every morning, users are sent a unique 30-to-40-page magazine tailored to your interests. It will feature 'beautiful pages, images and layout, and fast and easy page turning'. There's even a personalised daily horoscope.
"We’re not dictating an experience - we’re enabling the user to curate that daily experience themselves - no issue of Editions will be the same," says AOL's UK head of mobile Thomas Labeyrie.

* 20 topic sections to choose from, including News, Weather, Tech, Business, Family, Health & Fitness, Sports, Entertainment, Music and Travel.
* The ability to edit each section to include favourite companies, teams, celebrities, sources etc.
* Localised news and weather as well as hyper-local content sources
* A built-in calendar that syncs with social networks and iCal to display important events, meetings and birthdays
* Adjustable font sizes and color options
