Pink and fluffy royals find themselves under attack from axe-wielding rebels.
Germany-based Handy Games is behind Candy Carnage, which calls on the player to become the saviour to some unfortunate princesses.
Set in the peaceful world of Candyland, the royals are skipping through the sweet meadows of rainbows and gumdrops in sterotypical fashion.
Meanwhile on the other side of town, the local butcher boys realise that Candyland is lacking in meat.
So in a moment of cannibalism, the gang decides to wage war upon the fair maidens in order to get their beef fix by throwing them into meat grinders.
The game comes with cartoon-style graphics combined with equal amounts of blood and gore. It also features two different gameplay modes and 32 levels for hours of playtime.

"The game is addictively simple, refreshingly fast-paced and tons of fun. It’s a cool little game with a unique graphical style and there is no doubt in my mind that our fans will love it!"
Candy Carnage is available for free on the Android Market.
