Mobile developer Quapps Interactive has launched an official Andy Gray & Richard Keys iPhone app, promising 'hilarious' quotes.

Women, eh? If they're not wilfully misunderstanding the offside rule, they're unaccountably refusing to tuck your microphone where the sun doesn't shine, or being on the receiving end of a good smash-it-ing. And then they have the temerity to get the hump when you point this out in manly fashion. Tsk.

Such were the views that saw Andy Gray and Richard Keys both leave Sky Sports last week, after footage leaked of their off-the-air comments and behaviour. But guess what: there's an app for them.

In beautiful timing, Andy Gray & Richard Keys - The Funniest Football Quotes went live on the App Store this weekend. The timing means it was developed and submitted to Apple before last week's farrago, rather than being a super-topical response.

Gray and Keys even recorded the quotes for the app, which has been released by developer Quapps Interactive. The app description is a hindsight-packed joy to behold:
