Google has announced the 20 finalists in its Android Developer Challenge.
The 20 has been split in two, with 10 receiving the top award of $275,000, and 10 receiving $100,000. Android is expected to be launched in the next few weeks. Google has also confirmed it will launch a beta version of the Android Market distribution channel shortly.The 20 finalists are:
