4th Screen Advertising has done the inevitable and launched a mobile search division. 

The UK-based company is already working with a number of WAP publishers to deliver banner advertising. It has relationships with Yahoo! and Google, as well as many other mobile search providers.

The new division will leverage these relationships to drive targeted traffic to clients’ WAP sites. Advertisers can therefore develop text ad listings and campaigns for mobile and wireless devices and then bid for key words, which they pay for on a ‘pay per click basis’

The mobile search team at 4th Screen Advertising will provide key word bidding, consulting on campaign forecasting and optimisation, tracking of results and ongoing campaign management.
