Yahoo has released its chart of the top ten most popular mobile search terms for 2009. In fact, it's released two: one for the US and one for the UK.

Megan Fox reigns supreme at the top of the US list, with other celebrities including Michael Jackson (3rd), Rihanna (5th), and Lady Gaga (7th).

However, Mobile Games was the second most popular search for the year, which may give publishers added incentive to throw their weight behind their mobile sites and search marketing.

How about us Brits? The top Yahoo mobile search here was London, followed by Premier League and Big Brother. Katie Price was the top celeb in fifth place, with Michael Jackson in tenth.
