NewBay's LifeShare puts a rich mobile Internet interface on the handset that provides an aggregated social networking experience, linking to sites such as Facebook, MySpace and hi5.

It also offers a SMS notification feature available, that alerts users to activity on their online communities.

The service is built on the LifeCache platform. which gives operators an own branded environment for connecting to social media services - and which links to their own messaging systems.
