GoSpoken.com gives instant access to thousands of e-books from authors such as James Patterson, Sophie Kinsella and Dan Brown. They can be sampled for free, or paid for via mobile phone bill or credit card from £1.50.

The catalogue of 6,000 digital books is set to grow to 25,000 by the end of the year.
