Billing Revolution's technology enables secure credit card purchases from mobiles and PCs, and gives merchants the ability to conduct single-click transactions from any web-enabled phone.

This agreement will facilitate such purchases from Dada Entertainment, a joint venture between Dada and Sony Music Entertainment. It has content deals with three of the four major labels and several indies.

Dada Entertainment's Dada.net is an online music store offering DRM-free MP3s, ringtones and content. It allows users to stream full tracks, create playlists and share them with friends. Members can download three free MP3s.
