New customers are downloading an average of 200-300 tracks in the first few weeks
Nokia has confirmed some user stats from its all you can eat download service Comes With Music.
The company earlier issued a 'no comment' on Music Ally reports that the service has 23,000 active users in the UK, but has since detailed other aspects of the offering (in the UK and internationally).
This includes the factoids that: new customers are downloading an average of 200-300 tracks in the first few weeks; 20 per cent of downloads are over-the-air; local repertoire accounts for 35 per cent of downloads; CWM users download 20x more back-catalogue tracks than a la carte Nokia Music Store users.
Nokia launched Comes With Music in Australia last month, with Italy, Sweden and Mexico next in line. Prior to that the service was only available in the UK and Singapore.
